De\u0219i tulburarea din spectru autist poate fi diagnosticat\u0103 la orice v\u00e2rst\u0103, aceasta este descris\u0103 ca o \u201etulburare de dezvoltare\u201d deoarece simptomele apar, \u00een general, \u00een primii doi ani de via\u021b\u0103. Este important s\u0103 subliniem faptul c\u0103 persoanele cu TSA nu au doar dificult\u0103\u021bi \u00een crearea unui r\u0103spuns la comunicare, ci au \u0219i anumite probleme \u00een procesarea sau \u00een\u021belegerea comenzilor verbale (Cafiero, 2001).  <\/p>\n\n<p>Pentru a le permite copiilor cu TSA s\u0103 fie c\u00e2t mai independen\u021bi posibil \u0219i s\u0103 participe \u00een mod egal \u00een societate, trebuie s\u0103 g\u0103sim o modalitate de a face mai u\u0219or pentru fiecare copil s\u0103 \u00een\u021beleag\u0103 mesajele de comunicare \u0219i s\u0103 se exprime. Dup\u0103 cum afirm\u0103 Mirenda (2003), cercet\u0103rile au ar\u0103tat c\u0103 mul\u021bi copii \u0219i adul\u021bi cu TSA, indiferent de nivelul de dificultate, pot utiliza cu succes tehnici alternative de comunicare func\u021bional\u0103, dac\u0103 li se ofer\u0103 instruc\u021biuni \u0219i oportunit\u0103\u021bi de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare adecvate. <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"753\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/plural-words.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Cover-Odysseus-52-753x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2910\" style=\"width:271px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>Comunicarea augmentativ\u0103 \u0219i alternativ\u0103 (CAA) ofer\u0103 un mijloc de comunicare eficient\u0103 persoanelor cu tulbur\u0103ri din spectrul autist, multe dintre acestea fiind \u00een imposibilitatea de a utiliza eficient mijloacele de comunicare conven\u021bionale. Cercet\u0103rile au eviden\u021biat un suport mai mare pentru CAA asistat\u0103 dec\u00e2t pentru limbajul semnelor pentru persoanele cu TSA, de\u0219i c\u00e2teva studii au demonstrat \u00een mod concludent eficacitatea limbajului semnelor. Literatura de specialitate a abordat utilizarea limbajului semnelor la persoanele cu TSA \u00eenc\u0103 din anii 1970 (Ganz &amp; Gilliland, 2014).   <\/p>\n\n<p>Num\u0103rul adolescen\u021bilor \u0219i adul\u021bilor cu tulbur\u0103ri din spectrul autist (TSA) din lume este \u00een cre\u0219tere (Gerhardt &amp; Lainer, 2011). (Ba\u0161i\u0107, Ma\u0107e\u0161i\u0107 Petrovi\u0107, Zdravkovi\u0107, Kova\u010devi\u0107, Gaji\u0107 \u0219i Arsi\u0107, 2020).   <\/p>\n\n<p>Sistemele de CAA pentru persoanele cu tulbur\u0103ri din spectrul autist includ dispozitive cu <strong>tehnologie \u00eenalt\u0103<\/strong>, cum ar fi diverse dispozitive electronice, tablete, comunicatoare \u0219i dispozitive de generare a vorbirii, \u0219i dispozitive cu <strong>tehnologie redus\u0103<\/strong>, cum ar fi imagini sau simboluri care pot fi ata\u0219ate la o tabl\u0103 de comunicare sau schimbate cu un partener de comunicare (Bondy \u0219i Frost 2002, cita\u021bi \u00een Lang et al., 2014). <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"349\" height=\"465\" src=\"https:\/\/plural-words.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/image2-edited.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2897\" style=\"width:273px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/plural-words.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/image2-edited.jpeg 349w, https:\/\/plural-words.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/image2-edited-225x300.jpeg 225w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 349px) 100vw, 349px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p>Utilizarea CAA nu aduce beneficii doar copiilor cu dizabilit\u0103\u021bi de dezvoltare \u0219i persoanelor alte dizabilit\u0103\u021bi care, prin utilizarea acesteia, pot participa la activit\u0103\u021bile zilnice \u0219i \u0219colare. Aceasta aduce o <strong>contribu\u021bie semnificativ\u0103 \u0219i \u00eengrijitorilor acestora<\/strong>, personalului pre\u0219colar \u0219i \u0219colar, prin reducerea timpului petrecut pentru furnizarea de asisten\u021b\u0103 personal\u0103 \u0219i, \u00een consecin\u021b\u0103, prin cre\u0219terea timpului disponibil pentru alte activit\u0103\u021bi.
