SymWriter is a program that makes “writing with symbols” possible.

SymWriter is meant to support:

• Learning and communication
• Language and literacy development 
• Access to text and communication.

To create symbolised materials and content. Simply type a word and the symbol appears automatically. 

To create customised symbol materials to be used at school, at home, and in the wider community.

• Even if the symbol base is not exhaustive, the user can upload their own images to define custom symbols and create personalised social stories, reward charts, emotion scales and more.
